What type of prints do you offer?
I offer fine art paper prints.
All prints are produced on demand using professional archival printing standards through trusted print partners in North America and Europe.
Are prints signed?
Prints are not hand-signed unless otherwise stated. Any limited edition or signed prints will be clearly noted in the product description.
Are prints framed or unframed?
Depending on the artwork, you may choose either framed or unframed at checkout.

Framed fine art prints are presented in high-quality wooden frames, finished with premium plexiglass for clarity and protection. Frame styles are chosen to complement the artwork while remaining timeless and minimal.
Original Artwork
Are original artworks framed?
Unless otherwise stated, original artworks are sold unframed. This allows you the freedom to select framing that best suits your space and personal style.
How quickly are original artworks shipped?
Original artworks are typically shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
I ship to Canada, the United States, and select countries internationally.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Fine art prints are made to order to reduce waste and ensure high-quality production. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after production:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Do international orders include customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Damage
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because fine art prints are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Incorrect size or product selection
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.
Are original artworks returnable?
All original artworks are final sale, unless damaged in transit. If damage occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Do colour variations qualify for a refund?
Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the nature of fine art printing. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Lost or Delayed Orders
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist with investigating the shipment.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refused packages are not eligible for a refund.

How should I care for my artwork?
To preserve your artwork:
