All print products are fulfilled and shipped via a trusted print-on-demand partner. Items are produced especially for you after your order is placed to reduce waste and ensure high-quality printing.
Order Processing

Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected product, and order size.

Canada & United States: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Returns & Exchanges
Because print-on-demand items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size, format, or product selection
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Production Variations
Printed artwork may vary slightly in color or appearance due to differences in screens, lighting, and printing processes. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with our print partner’s policies.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Orders
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the shipping carrier.
Orders returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed delivery attempts

Refused packages
are not eligible for a refund.
Original Artwork
All original artworks are final sale, unless damaged in transit.
If an original artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation so we can assist you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
